With progressions offered by our skilled instructors, this class allows you to take foundational moves to the next level, making it a great fit for all experience levels. Whether you’re mastering the basics or layering in advanced challenges, there’s always room to grow.
Our recommendation:
We recommend completing around 15 bR CORE classes to develop a solid foundation before advancing to bR REFORME.

Take your Pilates practice up a notch with bR REFORME, our intermediate level class designed for those who have mastered the foundations and are ready for more. This full body workout features quicker transitions, increased spring resistance, and a variety of props to challenge and move you.
You’ll work on refining your alignment, boosting core strength, and enhancing muscle tone while incorporating props like balls, bands and circles. Modifications and Progressions are consistently offered to keep the workout exactly where YOU need it to be.
With a faster pace and a focus on fluid transitions, this class pushes you to progress your practice while maintaining control and proper form. If you’re comfortable with the bR CORE class and ready to advance, , bR REFORME is the perfect next step.
Our recommendation:
We recommend completing a minimum of 50 bR REFORME classes before advancing to our advanced reformer flow, bR REFINE.

Welcome to bR REFINE, the most advanced class in our Signature Series. Where precision, strength, and endurance come together for transformation. This advanced Reformer class is designed for experienced participants ready to take on a total-body challenge. Challenging reformer flows with extra attention to balance and strength.
The pace is faster, and the exercises are more intricate—pushing your limits while keeping proper alignment and control is at the core of every movement. Instructors will add layers of complexity, and guide you through progressions designed to build strength, stamina, and resilience..
Our recommendation:
To have completed a minimum of 100 bR CORE & REFORME classes, with impeccable form and an even better understanding of the Pilates Principles, before testing out with an instructor for bR REFINE, approval.

And we’ve woven this into every aspect of the class, from the programming to the movements. With a moderate-to-fast pace and advanced exercises, elev8 is for experienced movers only.
To ensure safety and readiness, participants must have at least 3 years of Reformer Pilates experience and have completed a minimum of 25 bR REFINE classes at bodyREFORME. This class is built for those who are ready to expand their limits.
