We are by the intersection of Meredith Dr and 128th St in Urbandale. Also home to The Chicken Coop, Signature Nails, and Jimmy Johns!

Our studio is over 2500 sqft. We have two training suites: Reformer suite, and Matcha Suite. The Reformer suite has 12 reformers. The Matcha suite is home to our Signature Mat & Chair circuit. This suite also houses TRX and our Recovery Reboot Program.

We designed Body Reforme with flow in mind. One suite is for Reformer classes, the other for Mat and Chair (our Matcha Circuit). More space means more class times, less waitlist stress, and a smoother, calmer experience for everyone.

We don’t have showers on-site, but we do 2 large bathrooms, right up front, and all the essentials to freshen up post-class.

We don’t offer childcare at the studio, but we like to think of your class as your time to recharge. Taking this hour for yourself helps you show up stronger in every part of your life. 💪✨

We totally understand how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself—especially as a parent. However, for safety and to ensure a calm environment for all members, we’re not able to allow children to wait in the lobby during class time, even if they’re quiet.

Yes—lots of it! We have a large parking lot with plenty of spaces, so you’ll never have to stress about finding a spot. Just pull in, park, and get ready to move.

Yes, we do! Our beautiful studio space is available to rent for special events like bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties, and corporate outings. Whether you're looking for a unique way to celebrate , we’d love to help you make it memorable.
