    Slide onto the Reformer and begin your Pilates journey with bR CORE, a beginner-friendly class that builds strength, mobility, and confidence while teaching the fundamentals of Pilates. This class focuses on creating a strong foundation, whether you're brand-new or revisiting the essentials.

    Every class promises to deliver a low-impact, full-body workout. A variety of functional movement props may be included, so you will be getting a different class  every time.

    Here’s the beauty of bR CORE: is even more experienced practitioners can benefit. With progressions offered by our skilled instructors, this class allows you to take foundational moves to the next level, making it a great fit for all experience levels. Whether you’re mastering the basics or layering in advanced challenges, there’s always room to grow.

    Our recommendation:

    We recommend completing a minimum of 10 bR CORE classes to develop a solid foundation before advancing to bR REFORME.

  • Take your Pilates practice up a notch with bR REFORME, our intermediate level class designed for those who have mastered the foundations and are ready for more. This full body workout features quicker transitions, increased spring resistance, and a variety of props to challenge and move you.

    You’ll work on refining your alignment, boosting core strength, and enhancing muscle tone while incorporating props like balls, bands and circles. Modifications and Progressions are consistently offered to keep the workout exactly where YOU need it to be.

    With a faster pace and a focus on fluid transitions, this class pushes you to progress your practice while maintaining control and proper form. If you’re comfortable with the bR CORE class and ready to advance, bR REFORME is the perfect next step.

    Our recommendation:

    We recommend completing a minimum of 50 bR REFORME classes before advancing to our advanced reformer flow, bR REFINE.

  • Welcome to bR REFINE, the most advanced class in our Signature Series. Where precision, strength, and endurance come together for transformation. This advanced Reformer class is designed for experienced participants ready to take on a total-body challenge. Challenging reformer flows with extra attention to balance and strength.

    The pace is faster, and the exercises are more intricate—pushing your limits while keeping proper alignment and control is at the core of every movement. Instructors will add layers of complexity, and guide you through progressions designed to build strength, stamina, and resilience..

    Our recommendation:

    To have completed a minimum of 100 bR CORE & REFORME classes, with impeccable form and an even better understanding of the Pilates Principles, before testing out with an instructor for bR REFINE approval.

    Pulse is fast-paced, high-intensity functional training—rooted in Pilates principles, but turned all the way up. Expect timed intervals, explosive bursts, and intentional movement designed to challenge coordination, endurance, and strength. This is not your entry point—it’s your elevation point.

    You’ll move with purpose through a circuit of functional, full-body exercises that spike the heart rate while demanding deep control. The tempo is high, the transitions are sharp, and your focus? Non-negotiable.

    This class is not suitable for beginners.

    Prior Pilates or strength training experience is required. Pulse is for those who know their form, trust their breath, and are ready to train with power.

    Bone Strength is a targeted, strength-focused class designed to support bone health, bone density, and long-term skeletal resilience.

    Using the split-pedal Exo Chair and Slastix resistance bands, this class emphasizes:

    • Upright, weight-bearing movement

    • Progressive resistance

    • Slower tempos and longer holds (time under tension)

    This is not a fast-paced or high-impact class.
    It is calm, structured, and intentionally designed to give bones the specific stimulus they need to adapt and stay strong.

    Especially supportive for women navigating perimenopause and postmenopause, and for anyone thinking proactively about bone health.
